  • Prior Acts Coverage provided while punitive damages (where insurable) and third party coverage available for most risks

  • $500,000 to $2,000,000 Limits available
  • Minimum Retentions as low as $5,000
  • Minimum Premiums as low as $2,500
Submission Requirements
  • Signed and Dated application
  • Five year loss history, including a supplemental claim form completed for each loss
  • Third party coverage supplement questionnaire (if coverage desired)
