Claims Management

Uhlemeyer Services Administrators was established as a Best Practice Third Party Administrator. Our practices are based on guidelines from Midwest Employers Casualty Co, an A+ rated excess workers’ compensation carrier, that performs over 200 TPA audits annually, and has established Best Practice Standards. This foundation, plus our expertise, makes us a leading provider of claims management services and cost containment.

What does a TPA do?
The third party claims administrator is responsible for processing, monitoring and managing claims, including claim payments, benefits, medical treatment and recovery of the injured worker. We assign a team of claims specialists dedicated exclusively to the company who self-insures its workers’ compensation risks. These claims professionals provide claims and risk management services for both the employer and the injured worker.
